  • ANNUAL PROPERTY & RENTAL APPRAISALS

    At Perspective Property Management we offer each property an annual rental review and property appraisal to ascertain whether the current rent is appropriate or needs to be adjusted and what the current worth of the property is. By keeping our finger on the pulse and conducting annual rental reviews we can ensure you are receiving market rent. In addition, an annual property appraisal on the estimated market value of your property could uncover additional equity in the property and provide you with options to increase your property portfolio or make other important financial decisions. Either way, we are continuously working to develop a positive and trust based relationship with our Landlords.

  • PROPERTY FURNISHING WHERE FULLY FURNISHED IS IN DEMAND

    There are pockets within Central and North Canberra that have a high demand for fully furnished properties. Where this demand exists, Perspective Property Management provides a furnishing service whereby furnishings are chosen by the Landlord or the Perspective Property Management staff member, purchased and styled, as per Client written instruction. This suits many of Perspective Property Management’s clients who live overseas or interstate.

  • TENANT LOYALTY AND RETENTION PROGRAM

    Perspective Property Management is always keeping their eye out for exceptional tenants.  Each month Perspective Property Managers choose one tenant who has gone above and beyond to maintain the property or prepare the property for inspection. This tenant receives a small gift voucher and with their permission a short write up on the Perspective Property Management FB page and Blog.

  • TENANT SUPPORT & ADVICE

    When a tenant commences their tenancy with Perspective Property Management we provide a rental pack with information and resources for the tenant, including checklists for inspections, a contact list, factsheets and a small gift of chocolates. This is a nice welcome gift for tenants and also starts the tenancy off on the right foot. Helpful information and tenancy resources are provided on the tenant portal and through the FB advice and support page.

Services focused on Tenant retention, support and wellbeing may seem like a service for Tenants, however, there is a more significant benefit to Landlords when we consider the impact positive relationships between the PM and the Tenant have on the increase in long-term tenancies for the Landlord, which of course means less wear and tear on the property associated with moving events; and minimal vacancy periods, re-letting fees and marketing fees.
